E-mail Account Settings and Online Access
As a part of our website hosting packages, Armanda Designs also provides email
accounts for our customers. Mail accounts can be accessed from standard email
software (such as Microsoft Outlook, Eudora, or Thunderbird) or our webmail
interface.
You can use webmail to send & reveive e-mail from any web enabled computer. It works with most current browsers including Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, and many more. Go to
webmail.armanda.com and log in using your email address (you@yourwebsite.com) and password. Passwords are case sensitive.
You can also change your password via the webmail control panel. Passwords must contain at least 6 characters
(letters, numbers, special characters).
Passwords may not contain:

3 or more consecutive numerals (e.g., 567, 1234,
98765),
-
The word "password",
-
Your email user name, or
-
Your website domain
name
To change your password, first log in, then click the Settings link near
the upper right corner of the screen.

Mail Account Setup in Microsoft Outlook
It is easy to configure your email software for use with our system, and it
takes only a few minutes.
The screenshots shown on the right are from Microsoft Outlook 2003. (Click any of the
images for a larger view.)
If you use another mail
client, the steps will be similar but not necessarily identical.
1. Open Microsoft
Outlook.
2. Go to the Tools menu at the top of the screen. Select "E-Mail Accounts".
3. Select "View or Change E-Mail Accounts" if you are changing setting on an
existing account. Select "Add a new e-mail account" if you have not previously
set up this account on your computer. Click "Next".
4. Select POP3 when choosing account type
5. Enter
details of your account in the boxes as shown, substituting your actual name,
email address, etc. in place of the example text.
6. Click the More Settings
button

7. Enter details as shown in the next screenshot, substituting your
actual name, email address, etc. in place of the example text.
8. Click the
Outgoing Server tab
9. Enable SMTP Authentication as shown below.
10. Click OK
11. Click Next
12. Click Finish
